The U.R. factory, based in Rosario, Argentina is constantly supervised by senior confectioners ensuring the quality control of each piece produced in our production plant using the latest ultra freezing technology.

This technique enables us to ultra freeze the uncooked produce in a reduced period of time allowing the produce to maintain its natural integrity without requiring the use of artificial preservatives or additives.

Thanks to this process, the finished product retains the organoleptic properties with the additional benefit that they may be baked immediately after removing them from the freezer, simplifying the task at the point of sale.

This system features the possibility to offer the unequalled scent of freshly baked goods, whilst being precisely that at any time of day or night reflecting in growing sales, customer satisfaction, reducing wastage and maximizing stock control.

The manufacturing process has been constantly improving since the system GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) has been put into work. This System ensures the hygiene of the machines and the staff during the production of our goods. In addition to that, there is a second process that takes place, the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), ensuring the quality of the product and its ingredients.
